Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Switzerland. We currently ship to Switzerland, the European Union, and select international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the product — handmade silicone molds and finished resin pieces may require additional preparation time. You will receive an order confirmation with tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders (outside Switzerland) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. SK Art House has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. SK Art House is not responsible for shipments that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any return-to-sender fees and re-shipment costs.

Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening it, as well as photos of the damaged product. Contact us at sk-arthouse@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
